It's Christmas!!

On my way to get food I saw a ton of cars with Christmas trees tied to the roof.

I can't believe Christmas is almost here and another year has gone by!

It still doesn't feel like Christmas. Probably partly due to the fact that I "missed" Thanksgiving this year.

Oh well. I know some thoughts are swirling up there about the holidays. Will post when they solidify.

Mmm...

So nippy out there! Brrr...

Chowing down on Taco Bell now. Mmm...

I highly recommend their cinnamon twists. Tasty!

Getting Hungry

I'm starving.

I have a craving for Taco Bell. Yes. I LOVE Taco Bell. If you took me on a date, Taco Bell would make me very happy. I kid you not. I am easy to please. :-P

Just got out of the shower. Need to get food. Then will *clean* per request from said anal roommate.

Need to work a bit too. Darn project.

Wish I had someone here to take care of me today. Sure would make life a lot easier.

I Had Another "Moment"

One of the gals in my pace group is married with kids. Each week her family comes out to cheer her on. Her husband and kids bring their bikes and ride around the marina area, every so often they ride by to check on mom.

She's such a wonderful lady and has always been a bright light during the training runs. To see her family support her every weekend gives me a warm fuzzy to know that there are still families like that out there. Who would get up at 6AM to cheer someone on when they don't have to? And her kids, too!

I got a bit wistful wishing I had someone there to cheer me on, too. I wish I had someone to come home to after the run to rub my feet and to tell all about the training run. I get a bit sad to think I'll be running in Miami without a cheering section. Of course I will have "M" and maybe AM and WG there, but you know. I wish I'd have someone's arms to run into at the end of the race, or someone to snuggle up to later that night who could share in the experience with me. :-(

Ok. Must stop or else this will be a BIG "moment".

Easy Breezy 10 Miles SO Easy!!

I'm back from my run.

Did ya'all have a good morning?

I won't say much about the run on this blog, other than the title of this post and the fact that I barely broke a sweat! :-)

I posted an update on the marathon training site. Oh...I took down the marathon blog on eblogger. I was getting interesting responses, so I opted to remove it. Any of you who are interested in seeing it, just let me know and I'll send you the link directly.
