Sick

I caught something from someone. Probably from my niece. I had a fever and chills the last three days, and my throat is sore in the funniest place when I swallow. My nose alternates between stuffy and runny, and I just feel tired and achy.

Been taking Theraflu, drinking lots of H2O and OJ, and today took some Tylenol. I rarely ever get sick, but I guess this Christmas just defied all norms, first with the luggage, then with the physical health. Eh.

Actually, I never got sick until a few years ago when I decided to get a flu shot. Since then I think I've been a bit more susceptible to illnesses now. People think I'm loopy for believing that, but my mom agrees. Ever since she got the flu shot she's gotten sick more often than not too. I've avoided the flu shot since then, but it seems the damage is done.

Anyway, today I *think* my fever broke, but we'll see. My symptoms seems to flare up in the middle of the night when I least expect it.
