I liked it. Basically, what's the point in doing something half assed? I've gotten to the point in my life, where if I don't want to do something, I don't do it. But if I do it, I put my all into it.
I've also gotten to the point in my life where I love statements that give me pause, and make me reflect, so perhaps I'm not the best one to respond :)

Yeah, I agree. Just put your thoughts and attention into the moment. A half-hearted committment to anything just isn't worth it. Life's too short for that.
